There isn't really a list within Canvas that you would be able to access as an instructor. You might be able to get a fairly good idea of which LTI apps have been installed for your school's Canvas environment by looking at your Rich Content Editor:

- Note, if you are still using the current Rich Content Editor (RCE), then your RCE toolbar will look a bit different...and a longer list of LTIs may be found within a blue chevron "V" icon of the RCE.
From a Canvas administrator's point of view, your school's local Canvas admin can run a report that tells exactly which courses are using LTIs. But, you could also just reach out to your school's Canvas admin to ask which LTIs they have installed at the account level. They may be willing to share that information with you.
