Dear Canvas,
I have hidden marks in a my subject (in the marks section), yet the students can still see their comments for their papers in Speedgrader. How can I hide my comments and marks until I have finalised my marking? I have had students emailing me about their comments - which I wasn't ready to show them yet.

Tammy,
When you use the Hide option in the gradebook it only hides grades for that assignment which were already posted. New grades and comments will still become available as you grade. If you want to set an assignment so that students don't see grades or comments until you release them you'll want to use a manual grade post policy. Check out the link below for more information.
