Hello @kyndalmcham Welcome to the Canvas Community. Thank you for posting your question. The ability to change the overall "theme" of your school's Canvas environment (such as adding a school logo and school colors to "brand" your Canvas environment) are really controlled by your school's local Canvas administrator. Canvas administrators can use Guides like theses to help customize the school's Canvas environment:
- How do I manage themes for an account?
- How do I create a theme for an account using the Theme Editor?
This may also include adding some custom JS (JavaScript) or CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) code.
Or, are you asking about the course cards that display on your Canvas Dashboard? Sometimes images will display on those course cards. Only instructors are able to add pictures...students cannot. But, you can customize the colors of those course cards (or just remove the color altogether).
- How do I view my favorite courses in the Card View Dashboard as an instructor?
- How do I view my favorite courses in the Card View Dashboard as a student?
I hope this information will be of help to you Kyndal. Please let us know if you have any other questions about this...thanks!
