My policy for A+'s has always been and always will be 100% or better. The grading schemes in Canvas don't seem to allow me to do this. I kludged it by making the lower limit 99.99%, but I'm wondering whether there's a Canvas setting that will let me put in 100%.

A+ is a letter grade, for the entire course.

I'm never run across this, but it is interesting.  To my knowledge there is no setting anywhere to allow you to have 100 be the minimum for a grade.  But, something to consider is that Canvas does not round.  So when you have your A set to <99.99%, it literally means anything less than 99.99%.  An A+ would only happen if a student scored 99.991% or higher; and I don't think Canvas even carries a 3rd decimal place like that so a student would need a 100% or higher to get an A+ in that case.
