[ARCHIVED] Grades tab problem

I am trying to open Grades tab for my Spanish 2 class but it just continually spins.  I have tried for two day, at different times, and yes, I have refreshed, restarted, shut down and restarted, etc.  My other classes open.  What can I do to fix this?

Also, when I am grading student papers, is there a way that the student does not see his/her results until I get all people in that class done so they do not pass on answers?

I just took a look at your course and got the same spinning and then the page failed to load at all for the gradebook.  Please use the help menu on the left of Canvas to "report a problem" so our support team can get on that.

I'm so sorry - I know how frustrating that is. Our support chat is pretty busy right now, as you might imagine.  

Did you use the help link to "report a problem" so that your ticket is in the queue?
