[ARCHIVED] First day not sure what to do.

This is my 3rd graders first day ever of remote learning. We can't get anything to work. It says no assignments and he can not complete any work. When he clicks on zoom in the homeroom it just says nothing. We were told he was supposed to start at 8:30 but we have not been able to do anything. Any help would be appreciated as when I call all I get is a busy signal. Thank you!

Hi @Natasha221 - Oh, I'm so sorry to hear this! I know that Monday was a difficult day for many Zoom users on Monday. Since your post, were you able to get into class? I hope things have become easier for you and your student.
