I like to click "Add to Faculty Journal Entry" when sending a message as an advisory to a student.  This shows up in the Student Interactions Report but is there a way to just go to the Faculty Journal itself?

Since the Faculty Journal is user specific there isn't a direct link to the Faculty Journal page.  One of the suggestions that I found was to bookmark each student's faculty journal for easier access.  This may or may not work for you depending on the number of students you have.

Is there any plan to add the faculty journal checkbox feature to the drop-down menu options when sending a student a message from the gradebook? Our school is looking for more consistency in outreach and we have found the faculty journal to be very beneficial for storing outgoing messages from faculty to students. Since it's not as efficient to individually message students, it might be helpful to have that option when messaging a group. I see the option to send an individual message when using the drop-down feature to send a message to a group, but there isn't an option to include it in the faculty journal. Thanks!
