I was going to do an Google Docs assignment on Canvas. It's a external tool called a Cloud Assignment. It just shows me some loading circles but doesn't load, even after a long time. Reloading doesn't work either. It's only this cloud assignment and this is happening to everyone in my class, including the teacher. What's happening????

Hi there,

The link to this assignment may not be sharable. Your teacher will need to make the Google doc shareable and relink the assignment.

1. Select the file you want to share.
2. Click Share or Share  Get link.
3. Under “Get Link,” click Change to anyone with link.
4. To decide what people can do with your public link when you share it, select Viewer, Commenter, or Editor.
5. Click Done.
6. Copy and paste the link in any place you want to share it.
