[ARCHIVED] Every time I import a test I get an error message

I have tried saving the file as blackboard, canvas, DL2 to load a test bank from exam view.  Each time I get an error message.  Some say unsupported content package, Some say There was an unexpected error, please contact support.  Anybody know how to fix this?

I'm having a similar issue with the unexpected error message.  I have been trying to import my test banks from Evolve, but each time it fails and I get a unexpected error message, contact support.  I have recently imported several tests from there using the Common Cartridge Package and had no issues.  I have reported the problem under the Help tab, but have not heard back. Any ideas on why this is happening?
