[ARCHIVED] Evaluators for Specific Time Period

Is there a way to add an evaluator for a specified amount of time for a specific class so that I do not have to return back to the course and remove them once that time period is over?

 @mmoore1 ‌, no, there's no way to do this on the front end of Canvas other than putting them in a different course section and adjusting that sections end date accordingly. There might be something programmatic on the back end that could do this, but I'm not sure how that would work.

Yes, this happens at different times through the semester, year because of schedule conflicts etc.  It just seems like this would be a nice option for the evaluator role.

I agree, we put people in and take them out throughout the semester as well.

Have you considered adding it as a feature idea - Canvas Studio?
