Start by force-refreshing the page (hold down the shift key when you click on the reload button). It may be a temporary network glitch that will resolve itself with time. You can also try clearing the browser's cache, but the force-refresh should reload everything from the network. You may want to double check that your other internet sites are working. For example, as I'm typing this message, my Internet went out and I got a "This site can't be reached" message.
Try a different supported browser. Chrome and Firefox work fairly well, but people have been having issues with Safari on older MacBooks. Note that Internet Explorer is not supported at all.
If neither of those suggestions works, please include additional information. You didn't define your antecedent to "this" so we're not sure what you're even trying to look at. A reasonable guess would be the Dashboard, but it could be completely wrong as well. If there is any kind of error message, a screen shot of the message may be helpful. Which browser you're using, what operating system, etc. All of those things can help us identify problems.
You can also click the Help link (provided it shows up) and Report a Problem. This goes to someone who can provide support and provides more information about what you were trying to do at the time.
