A friend wants to add a scatter plot to a quiz and have students plot the regression line.  Is there any way to embed an image and have the students be able to draw on it?

Margaret,

Kind of.  Create a question of the type File Upload.  In the question text embed the image or link to it.  Have students download the image (might need to right click to do so), use an application on their computer to draw on the image and save it, and then Upload that image to the question.
