Why won't the student's documents load for viewing and grading?

I have a similar problem as the above member.  My students are completing their work and are submitting their work to me (I watch them as they do it on DyKnow) but I am not seeing them in Speedgrader.  Where are the documents going?  Can I find them in another place?  Thank you.
