[ARCHIVED] Do you know if there's a setting to load a new Module at the top, not bottom?

When adding a new Module, which is daily to keep them organized by date, is there a setting so the new Mod loads at the top instead of the bottom? I prefer the first thing the students see is today's work instead of scrolling down to the bottom. I know scrolling isn't hard but neither is bringing a pencil to class and we all know how that can be even for some Seniors! 🙂
Thank you!

Hi @olivia_ferrelli Welcome to the Canvas Community. It's a good thing you have a sense of humor about these things, because that helps a lot! You are not alone in wanting something like this, and there actually are a few feature ideas that ask this very same thing--none of which have garnered many votes up, it must be said:
https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/16462-sort-modules-by-most-recent-to-oldest as well as the just-archived https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/14971 .
You are welcome to vote any of the active ones up, if you like.
As to why those ideas may not be getting many votes, well, probably because--as you said--it's not too bad for you as the instructor to move a new module to the top by checking over the instructions here: How do I move or reorder a module item? under the Move Module Item heading. And (speaking of seniors....in a different way!) I'm senior enough to remember when Canvas did NOT have that cool MOVE menu and one had to click-and-drag those Modules around, which was REALLY a pain, so that MOVE menu has made things a lot better.
I hope this helps a bit, Olivia. Stay safe!
