[ARCHIVED] Difficulty logging in for exams with Canvas gyn

The resident can access the topics in the gyn modules but not the exams. When he logs in it states that username/password error/not recognized. We tried resetting the password and same thing. We tried searching under our institution but were not found.
Do you know if there's been a change to the CANVAS Gyn?
Is there something else we should be doing (including where to ask for help)?

@abbie_jacobs I don't know if you realize that you've posted your question to a global forum. The participants here will be able to help with general questions, but cannot access courses other than their own.
Are you using a Free For Teachers account? If so, the instructor or facilitator for the course will need to provide direct assistance to the resident.
