[ARCHIVED] Delta Math tests issues

I created a test in Delta Math that the students take in Canvas. I used the assignment option in order to have access to the External Tool for Delta Math. However, when grades sync over they are coming into Canvas weird. 

For example: In Delta Math the score is 10/29. But in the Canvas gradebook it comes in as a 10.06/29 or 9.51/26. This has happened with all 130 of my students. The grade is DeltaMath is correct. The wasn't any partial credit so it's impossible to have any partial points. I don't understand what's happening.

You will want to want to contact Delta math support here https://www.oaisd.org/deltamath/information-and-support/contact-us/ to confirm with them that we are getting the correct data sent to us from the LTI tool, if this is the case then you want to open a support ticket from the help tab of your school account under Canvas.
