could you please let me know  how I can copy all materials from the last year course  to the  new year course?

Here are some lessons from the Course Import Tool section in the Canvas Instructor Guide.

If your courses are created for you through a student information system (SIS), then you should use the first option so that the SIS can recognize the course.
