[ARCHIVED] Comments not saved when leaving a rubric in Speedgrader

A university professor asked: I have a question about Canvas: It appears that there is no prompt to prevent one from leaving a rubric in Speedgrader without losing the comments if they aren't saved.  Could this be addressed with the Canvas development team? I have, by now, lost cumulative hours after making a false swipe on my MacBook trackpad and having my hard-won comments and careful grading evaluations evaporate completely.

I have the same problem as this! It is not clear why this happens, there is no warning, it saved for my first 10 papers and then not for remaining papers. This has happened to me once before when grading in the speedgrader.
