Hello everyone, How can i change my full name  display name in UBC online course account. 

It shows, 

AV5I3N7LD209.

what should, i do

Hi @deba000 

If your school permits you to change your name in Canvas, then this guide will help. How do I edit my profile in my user account as a student?

If not, then you will need to contact your school's Canvas Admin/Support Department. I found the following info on the UBC Website......

"Distance Learning students: for course related issues (i.e. browser setup, online exams, Canvas) contact LT.hub@ubc.ca."
