[ARCHIVED] Canvas mobile - need to login again everyday

It begins at a sudden. I need to login to canvas by entering my school name and account again everyday and it does not save my record. I am using android system and why is that? Does any one know about it?

I can imagine that this would be frustrating! While I can not guarantee that I have an answer, I can guess that this new timeout is related to the update that became available to schools recently.
Canvas Deploy Notes (2021-10-27) - Instructure Community
Canvas mobile applications can be configured to include a session duration, which sets a specified number of minutes before the session expires (a minimum of 20 minutes is required).
Because this is a setting chosen by your Canvas Admin, I think a great place to start is by submitting a ticket or connecting with your campus help desk. cchelp@ust.hk
