Canvas app is down. How do I report the problem? The status update that Canvas provides is saying everything is good

Our status page is updated as soon as we have information to report. Our operations team is on it and is currently implementing a fix. We apologize for the delay in being able to access Canvas!

Does this include accessing Canvas through a web browser?  It is so slow too as of now.
