We are strictly using Canvas for grading while Wazzle and Canvas continue to work out bugs. So we are striclty using Canvas for grading, and then manually entering grades into Wazzle at the end of each quarter.

Is there a way to keep Canvas from marking assignments as missing when they are not submitted through Canvas? I am grading student work and putting in points, but Canvas still has it marked as missing.

If there is no submission required on Canvas, you can set the Submission Type to "No submission" or "On Paper" which will remove the label "Missing" after the due date.
