[ARCHIVED] Canvas Creating Duplicate Quiz Questions

I created a quiz and for some reason Canvas is duplicating the questions automatically so when my students sign in to take the quiz they are being offered 8 or 16 choices as answers when there should only be four choices. I have tried editing the quiz and deleting the duplicate answers and saving but Canvas just keeps adding them back. Any help would be great.

 @sj_crasnow , greetings! I'm sorry that your question has been sitting here unanswered! Were you ever able to figure out what's going on with your quiz questions? If you haven't already, then my recommendation is to contact Canvas Support. The best way to do this, is to click on the Help link in Canvas and Report a Problem.
