[ARCHIVED] Can't Access Waypoint

I am trying to access Waypoint. It keeps asking me for my user name and password, which it has never done before. I have tried all three possibilities (my student email, my gmail, and my student id) and none of them work. As it has never asked me this before, I think it is a technical problem.

Hi, @vmcdonald_desig and Welcome to the Canvas Community! I don't have direct experience with Waypoint, but it's my understanding that it is an authentication system certain schools use to manage users' access to numerous apps, Canvas among them. Passwords in that application would be managed by your school, so please contact someone at the school directly to get additional assistance with the login issues: if you can find a link to the local IT department on the school website, that would be a good starting point.
