Hello,

I downloaded the brainfuse app. The instructions are:

1. From your desktop, log into Brainfuse HelpNow through your school's portal (Blackboard, D2L, Canvas, Moodle, etc.).

I searched Canvas and can't find where to log in into Brainfuse HelpNow. 

Please advise.

Are you a student or an instructor? I'm not familiar with Brainfuse, but according to one school's Brainfuse documentation the app needs to be installed by the instructor or the instructor needs to provide a link to Brainfuse in their course modules. So if you're a student, please ask your teacher for additional guidance—and if you're a teacher, please have a look at the linked documentation for installation instructions.
