[ARCHIVED] Authentication Issue

On Friday, December 4th UAB experienced intermittent issues with CAS authentication to Canvas.  Over the course of the day there were recurring periods of 60-75 seconds where no CAS validation traffic was returning - each was then followed by flurry of activity - followed then by another gap. Did any others experience similar issues or have they in the past?

Daniel,

I have gone ahead and added this to the Canvas Admins​ group inside of the community.  We did not see any issues with our logins on that day.  I have also changed this from a question to a discussion.
