[ARCHIVED] Audio Instructor Feedback NOT Saving

I am an instructor who uses the audio recording tool for giving feedback to my students. But this week, my recordings are NOT saving or at least they are NOT ALWAYS saving, and I am wasting a lot of time rerecording my messages to students. Please fix this.

This is an unusual occurance.

I had a look on your institution's website for Canvas Support. I found this number  559.499.6070 

Alternatively you could try How to contact Canvas Support  

I hope this is resolved soon for you.
