[ARCHIVED] Assignment won't submit in Google Chrome

I have a student who's trying to submit an attached Word document for his assignment. He says that when he clicks Submit the submission wheel just keeps spinning but never completes the submission successfully. As such, he's had to copy and paste his assignment in the text box and was able to submit that way. Any idea why the attached Word document isn't going through??

It could be a few things - generally I suggest students clear their cache and cookies first -

1. Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL in Chrome and delete cache/cookies
2. Close and restart Chrome and try again
3. If that doesn't work, I'd have the student submit a Canvas help ticket as his server-side user cache may need to be cleared and that can only be done by Canvas support.
