[ARCHIVED] Assign To will not populate when trying to reassign

I am trying to repost an assignment to a few students from S1. 

I am in edit mode on the assignment.

I click the add button to change the dates on the assignment and it let's me do that.  

It will not display ANYTHING in the ASSIGN TO box so I am unable to complete the editing of the assignment to add it. Can't assign to EVERYONE nor to an individual student.  Nothing shows up. 

What do I need to do?

There is usually a drop down list, if you do not see that, have you tried a different browser?  It has worked for me in chrome and firefox.  

If that does not help, have you tried beginning to type in the box?  Usually that filters the drop down list, so it might help the list populate.
