how do I determine which students have NOT answered an anonymous quiz/survey?

Hi  @mab23  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

Kind of takes the validity out of anonymity!

I had to play with this, but found that it was surprisingly easier than either I expected it to be and way easier than it should be - anonymity should be anonymous!

• Go to the Quiz,
• Open it,
• Click "Moderate this survey".

Those are the names of my dummy students I use in practicing and demoing..................

Bada boom, bada bing!

Hi Kelley-

Thanks for such a quick response!

But...it only shows "Student 8" etc., not who that student is. It looked

like the number was determined by when they filled out the survey, not

their alphabetical order...

Thoughts?

As I noted just above the screenshot - those are the names of my students - they are dummy students I created to test things. Yeah, yeah, I know - with names like those, one might speculate on who is the actual dummy?

Yes, but on my moderate quiz sheet that opens the students are listed as

student 1, student 2, etc. I don't know how to connect student # with an

actual name.
