Is it possible to create multiple choice question where the options for the correct answer is an image?

Hello  @roselle_basa  Thank You for posting your question.  Yes...this is absolutely possible.  First, check out this Guide: How do I create a Multiple Choice quiz question?.  In the screen shots, you'll see where you can type in a correct answer along with additional incorrect answers.  Next to those text boxes, you will see a pencil icon.  Click on that icon, and the full Rich Content Editor (RCE) will open up.  There, you can insert an image as your answer choice.  So, then you'll eventually get something like this:
