Greetings, @mfemcbag Welcome to the Community! I've got two thoughts on this and I'm not sure either of them is correct. I'm thinking you might mean the course navigation option for those parts of the course don't seem to be "active" or enabled, and for that, you would use this guide, https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12933 Though, I was also thinking you might mean that all of Canvas seems slow and these parts of the course are enabled but the pages will not load. If that's the case I would check to see if there is any local troubleshooting you can do such as trying a different web browser/app, different device, or connection to the internet.
