When I try to login on the student mobile app (IOS), I enter my school, get routed to the school's authentication page and input my user information. (And my user information works on my desktop to login to my school's Canvas class.) After inputting my user info, I receive this error message: "Authentication failed. Most likely the user denied the request for access." What does this mean?
