We want to make a change to the registration form. We've added UDF's but we have an issue with  students not entering their Full Name in the Full Name column. We were wondering if anyone had made a change to the form to ask for First Name and Last Name in separate columns. Could you share the code if you did this with the CSS/JS customizations? The other option is to add two extra UDFs but it seems redundant unless I can hide the "Full Name" box. Thank you.

If you can make it,  @sbarry2 ‌ I would recommend asking this question at the August 1 meeting. We do not use UDFs anymore since our authentication method changed.
