I have exported my grade sheet to a csv. Upon opening, I noted that a value that was exported is incorrect in the csv (for a single specific student on a single assignment). I went back to the Canvas grades section, viewed the assignment and validated the correct score. The student should have received a zero for the assignment, and that is how it is reflected in the Canvas gradesheet and in the graded assignment itself. However, the exported csv shows a score of 2 points for that particular student in that one specific assignment.
I have run the export twice (2 different days) and the score of 2 is still exported (instead of the zero). While one cell is easy to manually repair, now I am worried about the accuracy for my other 67 students. I am stumped on this one! Thanks in advance for any help.
