My ALEKS is not connecting to my Canvas account and I can not complete my homework assingments. I keep getting a 403 forbidden message, why is this occurring?

Hi @ElizabethWash 

ALEKS is a McGraw Hill product, and not a Canvas product. I suspect that what is happening is that there is a miscommunication between the two products, and ALEKS is not recognizing your Canvas credentials.

You will need to contact your instructor to troubleshoot this, or even contact McGraw-Hill/ALEKS Support.
