For this last year I have sent numerous emails to Campus if Australis in regards to why does it say ACCESS DENIED every time I try to log in. Each time I have to reset my password for it to allow me in. In all this time I have never received a solution. Everything they say for me to do I have done and it still says it. The last email today they gave me a new password and link in and it STILL says Access Denied.
I have to enter through tabs but it doesn't recognise I have completed some of the quizzes and I wonder if its to do with this issue. I notice that many other students are having the same problem.
