I have been using classic Quizzes. In formula questions, I can give students auto-generated input parameters to a specified number of decimal places. However, Canvas won't display trailing zeroes ...

A big point is: this needs to be available for both Quizzes and Assignments. It is not possible to use Annotations with student file submissions in Quizzes, even when using the Canvas App.
