I am unable to add a new module in CANVAS ... I am also unable to utilize the "help" button in CANVAS ... I am unable to view any of the assignments I have previously created in CANVAS ....HELP

When accessing CANVAS all I see are exceptionally large icons.I did clear my browsing history, check to ensure that I had not "zoomed" and re-started my laptop. I had no difficulty accessing ...
