Bio:
Heather joined the Bellevue College eLearning team in Fall 2017 from BC’s Information Technology Services division in Fall 2013. She received her Instructional Design Certificate in Fall 2018, her BA in Information Systems & Technology, Cyber Security & Systems Administration in Fall 2016. Prior to that from a successful “Quality Service Experience” career in Retail Management and Commercial Banking. Heather enjoys developing long-term relationships by blending process improvement, project management, leadership, problem-solving, and coaching others’ success across multiple platforms and technologies with communications, innovative ideas, technical hardware, and software support. Travel, Cooking, Gardening, Gaming, Media & Creative Arts too!
