I don't know what's wrong with my case, but now I can import course files, both test file and actual file

Thanks for you reply!I failed to import an actual file, so I created a new course for test, it just has only a few pages. The tiny file is exported from the test course.

It doesn't seem to work, size of my imscc file is 15KB, and fail to import with error 'Error identifying package type: unknown mime type text/plain for archive'
