I am a dedicated instructional designer with 10+ years’ experience collaborating with instructors / SMEs to creatively design curriculum, meticulously develop online (asynchronous / synchronous) and face-to-face courses (and some initial work on multi-modality/HyFlex course) that incorporate Universal Design principles, meet Section 508 accessibility standards, and reliably support learner-centered outcomes as suggested by Quality Matters and other best practices.
