You have to turn notes off. Then refresh. Then turn notes back on. They should now appear.Problem is that it doesn't stick and you have to repeat the process every time you go back into the grade...
This works: view options drop-down toggle OFFnotes, refresh then toggle ON notes refresh. But one time only. Every time I go back into a course, I have to do this all over again.
I also have this issues. Started today. All the content from the Notes column in all my courses is gone!
