Bio:
I feel inadequate right now and the story I am telling myself is I am failure at work.
This enables vulnerable conversation as the disclosure invites transparency from others.
Be All You Can Be, Army Of One, Army Strong.
If I could go back we had the big four:
Physical training, marksmanship, battle drills, and medical training, and then we added developing leaders of character. I think that's kind of how I have groomed my entire career, is after those five aspects, so you get to be fit enough to get to through and beyond the objective, you got to be a good marksman, so you can kill the enemy right away. You need to understand the battle drills, in the event a leader goes down, you need to be able to take the squad or that platoon to continue the mission and medical training you need to be able to fix yourself so your brothers can fight or be able to assist a fallen comrade and then of course leaders of character, that's what we need to get after.
