If our contract is for 300 users, is that for 300 enrolled students and instructors, or 300 active students and instructors at any one time?

The SIS we are trying to integrate is Anthology, not on the list of Canvas SIS easier tasks.

Thanks for the thoughts. I have reached out to Canvas Support and they sent a message to a CSM team, but have not heard back. Could I contact CSM directly? How would I do that?

Does Canvas have an SFTP site?We are trying to integrate a new SIS and I have not gotten any response from Canvas to meet with our IT department to provide 1/4 of the way to integration.
