Yes, I was able to masquerade and I saw the same screen.Good news! I think we solved it. I called tech support and they said we needed to clear the cache.

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help with an issue a few of our students are having. They are able to log on to Canvas Enterprise successfully but when they click on certain courses (not all of them)...

I'd like to turn on the New Quiz feature for my teachers but it is greyed out on my feature options admin page. I thought that New Quizzes was now available for all paid accounts. Any ideas?
