Definitely 1 and 3! If only one idea makes it to development I hope the more granular permissions would top the list. Please implement this!

I have several faculty with this same issue. They want to assign a quiz, say for Citations, and give it a Complete/Incomplete score. Is this something that the new quiz tool can handle?

This is a feature that UWF is also very interested in. We currently allow faculty to create and edit courses, but they cannot delete them. Deleting courses requires an Admin level permission. After 10...
