Many times SMEs and our Curriculum department create test banks on Word docs (if not using publisher provided files) and being able to upload these documents to generate a test bank would be wonderful...

I also work for an institution that locks content to instructors but allows for announcement edits. Would love to be able to pin an announcement to the top of the home page of a course.
