Originally from Scranton, PA, Professor Cheryl Chapman is Dept Chair of Career & Technical Education at Coastline College in Southern CA, and teaches digital media, business computing and teacher education (TEACh3) courses online. At Wilkes University in PA, she teaches graduate education courses and the online facilitator skills training course. As an instructional designer, she assists educators in preparing digital media and designs courses for F2F, online or blended delivery. Cheryl is an Accessibility (ACE) and Peer Online Course Reviewer for the Online Education Initiative (OEI) As an OEI project college, Coastline adopted Canvas in 2015. Cheryl is also a Canvassador (Canvas)
