Just to make sure I am understanding correctly, is the expectation that all four phases of the New RCE integration occur in Q3?

In general, yes, having the most recent announcements on top AND the Create Announcement button on top is the biggest priority of mine. But also this leads me into bigger ideas for Global announcement...

Oh, the new pretty HTML is so...PRETTY. That said, I echo the thoughts that "view ungraded as 0" needs to either be a feature flag or have the warning pop up EVERY time an instructor views it....
